A wonderful and now very rare silkscreen print, from an edition of 500, of the original artwork for The Beatles’ album Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. In 1967 this great work of art was created that has become as famous and as iconic as the Mona Lisa. The album cover was created by Sir Peter Blake, one of Britain’s best loved artists and the man known as The Godfather of British Pop Art.

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Sgt Pepper in 2007, Sir Peter Blake and Apple Corps Ltd finally agreed to make the album artwork available for art lovers and collectors of Peter’s work with this wonderful limited edition of 500.

Printed by the famous Coriander Studios in London as a 24 colour silkscreen on 410gsm Somerset archival paper.

The edition has almost completely sold out. These prints were signed in pencil by Sir Peter Blake. We are very excited to be able to offer these very rare items to the market.
