This very limited edition etching by Mila Fürstová for Coldplay is titled Blue Dream 3.
It was this artwork that Chris Martin saw and chose as the concept for the Ghost Stories album cover. A special edition, each etching is finished with hand painted elements.
There are only 15 prints in this very special edition – each one unique – making it a rare chance to own an exquisite piece of music history.

Czech-British artist Mila Fürstová works primarily in the traditional method of etching, using a needle to intricately scratch her designs onto a zinc plate covered in brown wax. The surface is then smoked with a candle to produce a black finish. Her work is graphic and contemporary, yet mystical and intricate with a lightness of touch.

The delicacy of Fürstovás work is hard to convey on screen but as you can see from the quotes above and as her success has proven, her phenomenal talent has made her work very much coveted and well loved by collectors.
