This proof print from Peter Gabriel’s long time designer, Marc Bessant, is something very special indeed. The image graced the LP slip cover that came in the Collector’s Edition release. Just like the album cover it is a micrograph by Steve Gschmeissner, this time of a scratch through the grooves of a record. Never published, the prints available here are the three remaining of five proof copies never realised as an edition. They are signed by Marc Bessant and make a real statement as part of any music lover’s art collection. |
